Weddings and Events Pricing Guide

Cassie McPherson Photography understands that every bride and groom have their own personalities and different needs. Similarly, every wedding package is not going to fit every couple. I have put together a couple common wedding packages, however, if the packages do not fit your needs, I have also included an hourly rate, with the option to add prints and engagement sessions a la carte. Complete Package

$3600

For this package you will have two photographers onsite during your wedding/event.
Full day coverage (8 hours on site)
Free complete engagement session ($350 value)
$100 print credit (can also be used for additional digital images from engagement session)
All packages include an online gallery of high resolution edited photos.
No limit to the number of photos delivered. All photos that turn out to my quality standards will be edited and delivered. With two photographers on site, I will generally deliver between 70-100 photos per hour.

Basic Package

$2200

For this package you will have one photographer onsite during your wedding/event.
Full day coverage (6 hours on site)
Free basic engagement session ($180 value)
$50 print credit (can also be used for additional digital images from engagement session)
All packages include an online gallery of high resolution edited photos.
No limit to the number of photos delivered. All photos that turn out to my quality standards will be edited and delivered. With a single photographer I will generally delivery between 45-65 photos per hour.

Two Photographers Hourly Rate

$435 an hour

For this package you will have two photographer's onsite during your wedding/event. There are so many perks to having a second photographer on site. We are able to split up while the bride and groom are getting ready, and get photos of each of you separately. We will get multiple perspectives of the day, which makes for a beautiful finished product.
All packages include an online gallery of high resolution edited photos. Prints and albums can be added on a la carte.
No limit to the number of photos delivered. All photos that turn out to my quality standards will be edited and delivered. With two photographers on site, I will generally deliver between 70-100 photos per hour.

Single Photographer Hourly Rate

$360 an hour

For this package you will have a single photographer on site.
All packages include an online gallery of high resolution edited photos. Prints and albums can be added on a la carte.
No limit to the number of photos delivered. All photos that turn out to my quality standards will be edited and delivered. With a single photographer on site, I will generally deliver between 45-65 photos per hour.
